shipping policy

(1)How long will until it will be shipped after I place an order?

​

Our shipping date is 2-3 working days after the order is placed.

Normal Stock: 360 Frontal, Frontal, Bundles, Closure, Full Lace wig without bleach knots service.

If the order contains a Custom Service, Such as bleach knots service,  Pony tail, small/large cap , 360 Wig, Blonde wig, or daily customized wig please allow an additional 2-4 days. 


(2) Which express do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?

 

We use Fedex or USPS. Generally, the package will be delivered with 2-4 business days in USA. 4-7 days delivery in other countries.


(3) Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

 

Our shipping fee is free. Some areas, such as islands, however require $20 Shipping fee.  


(4) Do I need to pay the customs duty?

​

The customs duty is determined by the custom of your country it is uncertain to know how much about it.


(5) Can I ask for no signature of shipment?

​

You can make a note in your cart for this or contact us after placing the order. Then we will choose a free sign-off service for you. If the parcel has been shipped. You can call Fedex / USPS to ask them about it. If no one is at home to receive the parcel the courier will contact you. 


(6)Can you provide the Overnight shipping service?


We do not offer overnight service. The fastest delivery time is 2 days.


(7)Can I receive the parcel on Saturday or Sunday?

 

Sorry this is determined by the courier FedEx or USPS as weekend off.

return & exchange policy

2: Can I have a return label if I return it?

​

We do not provide the return label. If you decide you want to return please contact us and we will provide shipping information for the return.


3: If I return the parcel, do I need to pay the returned shipping fee?

​

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products) we will provide a full refund to you;

If the returning is due to buyer`s issue with product (Such as: Don`t like/want, Order wrong product/size ) we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee.


4: How long before I can get a refund if I return it?

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not it was approved  or rejected for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 


5: If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?

​

If the parcel has not been shipped. You can send us the Email to knshaircollection@gmail.com We will modify the order for you. Once your parcel is shipped out, you need to receive it and try to make an exchange.
